Genesis – The Creation and the Flood is an amazing visual interpretation of the first book of the Old Testament. This epic film combines stunning visual re-enactments of some of the Bible s most memorable stories and a haunting musical score by Ennio Morricone (Cinema Paradiso), capturing the true spirit of the early scriptures. Our journey begins in a Bedouin camp in the ancient lands of Asia Minor where a grandfather tells the story of Creation to his young grandson. An amazing story then unfolds before our eyes: from Adam and Eve s days of innocence in paradise to their fall from grace from Kane s violent murder of his brother Abel to his banishment by God and to the terrible vengeance wrecked by God on Man through the great flood. Genesis takes the viewer on a remarkable journey back in time to the very foundations of Western faith.
